As an Account Manager, Administrator, or Director, your Assessment Dashboard allows you to view and manage data for all entities set up within your level of access. For this article, we will use the Director level of access as an example, which is an individual who has access to all classrooms at a particular location. Please note the information covered is applicable to Account Managers and Administrators as well.
A. Period Switcher - By default, the data you are viewing will be that of the current period. Once a new period begins, the view will automatically switch to the new period for you. If you would like to view data for a previous period, you can easily select the relevant period using the period switcher.
B. Data View - Unlike teachers, whose default data view is the Highest Score, higher level users will have the default view of Average Score. You can also choose to view the Total Observations, which can be useful if your program requires a certain number of observations, or if you'd like to quickly determine how much information has been entered into the system. Please note that if you click down to a classroom level view, you'll also have the option of using the Highest Score view.
C. Entity Average - Here, you'll be able to view the average scores for your Account, Organization, or Site, depending on which level you have displayed.
D. Detailed Entity View - By clicking on any of the entity names listed, you'll be able to view detailed information for that particular entity. For example, as a Director you'll see all of your classrooms listed on the Assessment Dashboard. If you click on a classroom name, you'll be brought to the Assessment Dashboard for that classroom, allowing you to see student level data. If you are a higher level user such as an Account Manager or Administrator, you'll have the ability to click all the way down to the classroom level as well!
E. Print Dashboard - If you'd like to print the data displayed on the screen, simply click on the printer icon in the top right corner.
