With COR Advantage, you can set up a classroom to track teacher’s development, growth and goals!
In this Teacher Room, the teachers are set up as students. It’s easy for administrators to then add observations for the different teachers!
As these observations are added, they populate in the Moments page. From here, administrators organize their observations, and share them with teachers as best practices, highlights and shout-outs!
Administrators can also use the Tags to set Professional Development goals into the system and attach them to observations.
