COR@Home is a way for you to share photos with your child’s teachers! While your child is home, this feature allows you to share the learning they are engaging in on a daily basis.
How it Works
Once you open the my.coradvantage.com/home link, you’ll be prompted to put in your email or phone number that’s tied to your child’s profile in COR Advantage. After you log in the first time, you’ll be able to upload as many photos as you’d like. Everything that you upload is then sent to your child’s teachers.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can anyone else upload photos for my child?
No! Only the family members associated with your child’s profile in COR Advantage can upload photos.
What happens to the photos I upload?
All the documentation you add is sent to the teachers of your child. If you have multiple students enrolled in a COR Advantage program, you will be able to upload photos for both children, either together or separately.
Can other families see the documentation I add?
All the documentation you add is securely transferred to your student’s COR Advantage classroom. It is only accessible by the classroom teachers and program administrators. Teachers may choose to re-share your documentation to the class for learning purposes.
Is there a way to make COR@Home easier to access?
Yes! You can add the COR@Home webpage as a bookmark to your phone’s home screen and will allow you to easily pull up the web portal! Click here for full directions.
Getting Set Up
1. Go to my.coradvantage.com/home.
2. When you first open my.coradvantage.com/home, you will be prompted to enter an email or phone number. Enter the email address or phone number you use to receive COR Advantage messages from your school. Once you’ve entered the email address or phone number, select Next.
3. On the next screen, you’ll be prompted to enter a 4-digit security code. This will have been sent to you as an email or text message depending on what contact information you entered on the previous screen. If you do not receive a code, click Resend Code.
4. After entering your security code, you’ll be pulled into the Upload Page, and you’re ready to begin uploading media!
Uploading Media into COR Advantage
In the upload page, you can add as many photos as you’d like. You can add them from your device (such as your phone’s camera roll), Google Drive and Photos, Facebook, Instagram, Flickr, or Dropbox.
COR Advantage accepts .jpeg, .png and HEIC photo formats and MP4 and MOV formats.
Once you have the photo(s) uploaded, select which student(s) the photo is on! If you have multiple students in a COR Advantage account, then you’ll be able to select which students are captured in the photo.
Next, you can add a caption explaining how the activity went, how your student engaged, or anything else you’d like the teacher to know!
After you’ve added all the information you’d like, click Submit.
Once your photos are successfully uploaded into your student’s classroom, you’ll receive a confirmation message. Your student’s teacher will be able to see and edit the caption.
If you have another photo or photos - perhaps from a separate activity your child did that day - you can click Submit Another and upload them.
